OUR STORY
WHEN FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR NICOLE O'CONNOR GOT ENGAGED SHE DREAMT OF WALKING DOWN THE AISLE IN A SHOWSTOPPING AND UNIQUE WEDDING DRESS. WHEN NICOLE'S EXPERIENCES WITH THE AUSTRALIAN BOUTIQUES LEFT HER WITH LIMITED OPTIONS AND DISHEARTENED BY THE LACK OF A BRIDAL EXPERIENCE SHE HAD HOPED FOR, SHE WENT IT ALONE.

FINDING AN INCREDIBLE ARRAY OF AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL WEDDING DRESS DESIGNERS AND REALISING HOW RELATIVELY UNKNOWN AND INACCESSIBLE THESE DRESSES WERE TO THE AUSTRALIAN BRIDE - THE IVORY ROOM WAS BORN.

From the moment I walked in I was blown away by the beauty of the show room and also it was lovely to receive a glass of bubbles at the start. Tyler was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the dress including material, style and she took on board what vibe I wanted and suggested dresses I hadn’t thought of. The privacy of the bridal suite is incredible, well lit and had a nice big couch for your family/friends. I plan on going a second time.
